In mid July we took a 4 day trip to Prague to see our good friends Ryan, Linda, and their kiddos Oliver and Ella who were there visiting Linda's family. Linda is from Prague and Ryan met her while he was living there teaching English so we had the best tour guides. Our mutual friend Eric also met us there.
We had a lovely time exploring the gorgeous city and trying the local cuisine. Mac was a big fan, she was especially pleased with the breakfast buffet at our hotel where she could enjoy an endless supply of hot dogs and sausages. And we thought we were going to raise a vegetarian.
A few highlights from our trip:
Oliver and Mac were fast friends.
Mac enjoying the boats at the water park we spent some at the first day .
More fun at the water park. It was definitely a kid's dream.
Linda and Ella enjoying the park too.
One of many Czech sausage snacks that Mac enjoyed.
Enjoying the boat ride and mostly, freedom from their buggies. The kiddos, not Jeremy. I let him walk this trip.
On the boat in front of The Charles Bridge (where Ryan and Linda go engaged!)
The three amigos (J, Ryan and Eric) after the downpour we got caught in.
Unfortunately we encountered quite a bit of rain. But Mac sang "rain, rain go away" many, MANY times and it eventually worked.
Beautiful Prague
